Arrival & Car parking
Check-in time is 3.00 p.m.
There is off road parking
for three cars, and ample free, safe on road parking.
Arrival by train
Looe Station is approximately 1 mile away. There is a
taxi service available.
There is a bus stop approx. 400 metres from the station,
opposite the Looe Health Centre.
There is a bus stop on Marine Drive, 150 metres from the
house along a level path.
Main Entrance &
Reception
Entrance to the house is via a flight of five steps by
the side of the garage to a half landing and another
five steps to a flat paved area to the front door, which
is situated at the side of the house. The steps and path
are lit at night.
There is a small step into the porch and another small
step into the reception area which has oak flooring.
An alternative entrance to the house is via a paved
level path, with a slight slope, to the right of the
parking area, and into the house through the back door.
Entrance is then gained by a small step up into the
kitchen and then into the reception hall.
Breakfast room
This room is on the ground floor, at the front of the
house with a sea view. This has level access from the
reception hall through the main Dining Room.
Bedrooms
There are four bedrooms, all on the first floor. From
the reception hall , there is a flight of four steps to
a half-landing and then a further flight of eleven steps
to the first floor. The stairs and landing are fully
carpeted, as are the bedrooms. All three double bedrooms
are en-suite with showers. There is a small step up into
the shower cubicles. The single bedroom has a private
bathroom a few steps down the corridor. This bathroom
has a full suite with a power shower over the bath.
